How much does DoctorKhata cost?
The first month is ₹9. After that it is ₹399 a month (about ₹13 a day) or ₹3,999 a year (about ₹11 a day).
Is anything locked to a higher plan?
No. There is one plan with every feature. Monthly and yearly differ only in how you pay.
Is there a charge per doctor, staff member or patient?
No. Add your whole team and as many patients, prescriptions and bills as your clinic needs, for the same price.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Sign up, name your clinic and start the same day.
Do you have coupons?
Sometimes. If you have a coupon code, the clinic owner can apply it in Settings → Plan. One coupon per clinic.
Why is the first month ₹9 and not free?
A small payment keeps out fake sign-ups and lets you try every feature properly with your real clinic.
