In DoctorKhata every staff member has their own login and a role: doctor, receptionist or pharmacist. Each role sees only what its job needs, doctors can be required to use 2-step login, and the clinic owner can see an activity log of who opened or changed which record.

Built for how Indian clinics work

Roles that fit a clinic: Owner, doctor, receptionist and pharmacist, each with its own permissions.
Invite by email or WhatsApp: Send a one-time invite link. It works once, for 7 days, only for the invited email.
2-step login: Authenticator-app codes, and the owner can make them compulsory for doctors.
Activity log: Who opened or changed a patient, prescription, bill or stock, and when. Nobody can edit it.
Walled off from other clinics: The database itself refuses to show one clinic's records to anyone from another clinic.
Remove access in a click: When someone leaves, remove them and their access ends at once.

Can my receptionist see prescriptions?

Each role sees only what its work needs. The owner decides who has which role and can remove access at any time.

Can I see who looked at a patient's record?

Yes. The clinic owner's Activity page lists every time a patient record, prescription, bill or stock entry was opened or changed, by whom and when. The log cannot be edited or deleted.
