Every patient, found by mobile number

DoctorKhata keeps each patient's record in one place: details, allergies, past prescriptions, vitals and follow-ups. Type a mobile number and everyone in the family who shares it appears, so the front desk never searches a register again.

First month ₹9, then ₹399 a month (about ₹13 a day) or ₹3,999 a year.

01What you get

Built for how Indian clinics work

Search by mobile or patient number
Type a mobile number, a name, or a patient number like P-42. Families that share a phone show together.
A permanent patient number
Every patient gets a number from the system that never changes, for files, bills and the next visit.
Allergies in red
Recorded allergies show on the record and on the prescription pad, every time.
Vitals over time
BP, pulse, temperature, SpO₂, weight and sugar, recorded by the front desk and kept as a history.
Follow-ups that don't slip
Follow-up dates from prescriptions become a list, with a WhatsApp reminder one tap away.
Every look is logged
Opening a patient's record is written in the activity log, with who and when.

02How it works

Four steps, no training needed

  1. Register once

Name, mobile, age or date of birth, sex, address and allergies.

  2. Record vitals

The receptionist adds today's BP and weight while the patient waits.

  3. Consult

The doctor sees the history and vitals beside the prescription pad.

  4. Follow up

The follow-up date goes on the list for the day it's due.

Can I find a patient without their name?

Yes. Search by mobile number or by patient number (for example P-42). Everyone who shares that mobile number appears together.

Who can see patient records?

Only people you add to your clinic, each with a role. Every time someone opens a record, it is written in the activity log that the clinic owner can see.

Can I record BP, sugar and weight?

Yes. Blood pressure, pulse, temperature, SpO₂, weight and blood sugar can be recorded at each visit and are kept as a history.
