Prescriptions पर्चे

Prescriptions in under a minute

DoctorKhata's prescription pad is built for a busy OPD: tap the dose as 1-0-1, pick the days, and print on your own letterhead or send it to the patient on WhatsApp. Generic names print in capitals, and the patient's allergies are checked as you write.

Ask for a demo

First month ₹9, then ₹399 a month (about ₹13 a day) or ₹3,999 a year.

01What you get

Built for how Indian clinics work

1-0-1 doses, picked in a tap
Morning, afternoon and night as buttons, with days, before or after food, and notes. Quantities work themselves out.
Saved medicine sets
Save the medicines you often prescribe together, like a fever or gastritis set, and add them all in one tap.
Allergy warnings
If a medicine matches a recorded allergy, the pad stops and asks. Going ahead anyway is noted in the activity log.
Your letterhead, your way
Five looks, your colour, logo, watermark, A5 or A4, labels in English and Hindi, and your own extra sections and columns.
Print or WhatsApp
Print on the clinic printer, or open WhatsApp with the prescription ready to send to the patient's number.
Issued means final
Once issued, a prescription can be read and printed again, but never edited or deleted. Your registration number prints on it.

02How it works

Four steps, no training needed

  1. Open the patient

Search by mobile number. Past visits, allergies and vitals are on the same screen.

  2. Add medicines

Type a few letters or add a saved set. Tap the dose and the days.

  3. Add advice and follow-up

Diagnosis, tests, advice and a follow-up date, in your own sections.

  4. Issue

Print it, or send it on WhatsApp. The pharmacy sees it straight away.

Prescriptions: questions doctors ask

Something else? Write to hello@doctorkhata.in.

Can I use my own prescription format?

Yes. Choose one of five looks, set your colour, font size, logo and watermark, choose A5 or A4, and add your own sections (like Investigations) and columns (like Route). Labels can be in English and Hindi.

Does it follow NMC rules for generic names?

Generic names are printed in capital letters, and your name, qualification and registration number print on every prescription.

Can a prescription be changed after it is issued?

No. Issued prescriptions can be viewed and printed again but cannot be edited or deleted, so the record stays trustworthy.

Can I send the prescription on WhatsApp?

Yes. One button opens WhatsApp with the prescription text ready to send to the patient's mobile number.
