Queue & tokens कतार
A calm waiting room, with tokens
DoctorKhata gives each patient a token number as they arrive. The doctor and the front desk see the same queue, move it on with a tap, and a waiting-room screen shows who is next, so patients stop asking at the desk.
First month ₹9, then ₹399 a month (about ₹13 a day) or ₹3,999 a year.
01What you get
Built for how Indian clinics work
- Tokens for the day
- Numbers start again each day, in Indian time.
- One queue, every room
- Reception adds, the doctor calls the next patient, everyone sees the same list.
- Waiting-room screen
- Open the TV view on any screen in the waiting room. It shows token numbers only, never names or phone numbers.
- Straight to the consult
- From the queue, open the patient's record and prescription pad in one tap.
